Icecream ?

The great thing about these strategies is: everybody can do it. I am sure. It is far too easy.

If somebody wants to be a successful footballplayer or actor, he would have to deal with the fact, that there are already many actors and footballplayers who started their career in the childhood. He might think: I can´t do it.

But the career of thinking positively is something completely different. You can´t prove itanyway, so there´s not really a hierarchy of “players”, (yet?). You could also pretend to be very positive. Might even help sometimes, but it is still about what you think, or, to be even more precise, about how you feel when you think. You might wonder: why should I start to train when there is no price at the end? Although it is a bit like in “Alice in wonderland” where in the end “everybody has won and all must get prices” it is even better. It is rather like having an icecream. What do you eat an icecream for? To be the best icecream-eater? To get better in eating icecream? No! It is all about the taste and the pleasure eating it. Positive thinking is just a treat you give to yourself. Get really focused on that, start training, get into amazingly good mood and get the thinking reinforce itself. It is fun to do and you will gain in many ways.
