Changing Beliefs

At the beginning I thought: “This might make me more aware of negative thoughts” and “Maybe some negative thoughts will get less.” But what is actually happening is mind-boggling:

With these techniques you are gradually changing your beliefs.

And then you realize it is getting easier and easier. Because, while you observe your thoughts and you notice the changes, you strengthen the belief that “you can change your beliefs“.

Every single time you change a belief, you strenghthen the belief, that you can change your beliefs.

I changed some core beliefs, which was very impotant. In the sub-pages of this section I´ll help you with some beliefs that will improve your social interaction. Though you could literally start anywhere, there are some New Beliefs I want to introduce you to, that will give you a good feeling in social interaction and with yourself.
