Beliefs about you

The core exercises are all about how you see yourself. In many social psychology examinations, scientist found out that we hold beliefs, that make no sense at all and that diminish our motivation and self-confidence. Some of them are so ridiculous, that you will change some beliefs straight away. Some are so well trained that it will take you some time to get rid of them. I will explain some findings and show you what is closer to reality and what you can think alternative.
